Profile

A young professional profile, grounded and ready.

I am at the beginning of my career, but not at the beginning of my motivation. I enjoy roles where people, communication and organisation meet, and I like to contribute with care, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Based in Bern, I completed the commercial EFZ programme with federal vocational baccalaureate in economics and services. During my twelve-month internship at Amnesty International, I gained solid practical experience in a multilingual, international and service-oriented environment.

I handled requests from members, donors, visitors and people seeking information or support. I also assisted with recruitment, HR administration, financial tasks and the maintenance of reliable data in CRM and Abacus.

I see myself as a young professional profile: still learning, naturally, but already able to contribute with seriousness, empathy and initiative from day one.

Experience

Practical experience with people, service and coordination.

My experience combines direct contact with people, multilingual communication, administration, HR support, finance and event or marketing-related tasks.
